Directions for Use
Use daily when needed. Spray under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds. If you are new to CBD, start with a single spray in the morning and a single spray before bedtime. See how you feel and after a few days if needed, increase to 2 sprays per dose. Most people start with a dose in the morning and a dose before bedtime but you can use this oil at any time of day. The FSA recommends consuming a maximum of 70mg CBD a day. Therefore if needed you can actually consume up to 7 sprays a day without going over the limit.
