Nuts: Most nuts contain healthy fats such as walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts, as well as these three seeds combined: pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds that help keep the skin youthful and energetic. Nuts and seeds are packed with minerals including zinc, which helps heal blemishes and reduces inflammation.
Colourful vegetables: Antioxidants in brightly coloured fruit and vegetables contain a substantial amount of vitamin A that helps both skin and eyes. Vitamin C is crucial for the production of collagen and antioxidants, kiwis, broccoli and strawberries are just a couple of examples.
